What is Zebra?

Zebra is a social app that helps you never go out alone again. Whether it’s for clubbing, a concert, a party, or just a casual night out — you can book a Zebra +1 to go with you, when you want, with full control and confidence. It’s not dating, not escorting, and not fake friendship. It’s honest social freedom.

For Clients: How does booking work?

You can book in two ways:
1. Blind booking: Set filters and booking details. If Zebra +1s match your criteria, you can accept or decline them. Once matched, a chat opens to finalize and confirm payment.
2. Targeted booking: Browse Zebra +1 profiles, choose, and send a detailed booking request. If accepted, you can chat directly to finalize.

Payment is upfront and only confirmed after both sides agree.

What’s the cancellation and refund policy?

Full refund or half refunds depend on how much in advance you cancel:
• More than 48h ahead: Full refund any time, half refund 48–24h.
• 48–24h ahead: Full refund before 24h, half between 24–12h.
• Less than 24h: Cancel within 30 min (or 15 min if event <2h away) for full refund. No half refund after.

No-shows: If Zebra +1 doesn’t show, the client is refunded. If the client doesn’t show, Zebra +1 is paid. Repeated issues trigger sanctions.

Who can become a Zebra +1?
You must be 18 or older, pass KYC and background checks (no violence or risky behaviors). No other restrictions.

How do bookings work?
You’ll get requests via notifications, and you can accept/decline. After confirmation, the client pays in advance. Payout is via Stripe, an hour after the meeting.

If a client makes you uncomfortable:
Block, flag, or report them. All forbidden behaviors (sexual, violent) are banned and may be reported to authorities. Always check your client feels comfortable. Every report is investigated and bans applied as needed.

Zebra is not an escort or dating service. There’s no employment contract. Any sexual action is against our rules. Behavior outside the platform is your legal responsibility.

If something goes wrong:
If your Zebra +1 is late, doesn’t show, or acts inappropriately, report them. The team investigates and actions refunds, bans, or other as needed.
