Introduction
Zebra LLC (‘Zebra,’ ‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’) is committed to the safety and dignity of all users on the Platform. The following Security & Behavior Rules apply to all users—Clients and Zebra +1s—and are enforceable at all times before, during, and after a booking.
Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to legal authorities.
1. Zero Tolerance for Sexual or Violent Conduct
Zebra is not a dating or escort service. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
• Any sexual proposition, solicitation, or interaction during or surrounding a booking
• Physical contact that is unwanted, inappropriate, or uninvited
• Sexual conversation or innuendos that make the other party uncomfortable
• Any form of assault, harassment, or intimidation (verbal, physical, or digital)
• Coercion, threats, or manipulation before, during, or after the event
Confirmed violations result in immediate and permanent removal from the Platform and may be reported to law enforcement.
2. Respect, Boundaries & Communication
All users must maintain respectful, professional conduct throughout the interaction. This includes:
• Respecting personal space, time boundaries, and privacy
• Avoiding aggressive language, insults, or dismissive behavior
• Following clearly expressed limits and feedback from the other party
• Using appropriate tone and language before, during, and after the booking
Zebra +1s are encouraged to regularly check in with the Client to ensure comfort and safety during the meeting.
3. Reporting and Investigation
• All users have access to report, flag, and block features in the app.
• Reports must be submitted as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of the incident.
• Zebra investigates all reports promptly and may temporarily withhold payments while conducting an internal review.
Zebra reserves the right to review in-app communication, location logs, and other platform data for the purpose of verifying misconduct.
4. Safety-Critical Restrictions
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Asking for or offering services outside the Platform (e.g. bypassing booking/payment)
• Consuming or distributing illegal substances during a booking
• Bringing third parties to a booking without mutual agreement
• Using the app under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
• Lying or misrepresenting your identity, purpose, or intentions
5. Identity Verification & Eligibility
• All Zebra +1s must pass KYC identity verification and criminal background checks.
• Any criminal history related to violence, harassment, or endangerment results in ineligibility.
• Users may not impersonate others or use falsified documents.
• Zebra reserves the right to re-check or suspend verification at any time.
6. Enforcement
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, Zebra may apply the following actions:
• Formal warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Reporting to legal authorities, if applicable
We do not tolerate repeated offenses. Serious violations lead to permanent exclusion without appeal.
7. Emergency Protocols
In any emergency situation:
• Users should contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately
• Afterwards, report the incident to Zebra for follow-up and support
Zebra is not a real-time security service, but we act promptly on all verified threats and conduct follow-ups to ensure long-term user safety.
