Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Zebra mobile application or website (the “Platform”) operated by Zebra LLC (“Zebra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, functionality, services, and features.

By accessing or using Zebra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of August 5, 2025.

1. Eligibility

Zebra is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information, including identity verification as required. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

3. Booking and Payment

Clients may request bookings either by browsing public Zebra +1 profiles or by using filters for blind requests. All booking details must be confirmed through in-app messaging.

Payment is required upfront and is only processed once the Zebra +1 accepts the request. Payment is held and released to the Zebra +1 one hour after the meeting, unless a dispute or no-show is reported.

4. Zebra +1 Obligations

Users registered as Zebra +1s agree to: accurately complete identity verification (including KYC and criminal history checks), maintain respectful and professional behavior, honor all confirmed bookings or cancel within the permitted window, avoid any sexual, violent, illegal or uncomfortable conduct, and cooperate with investigations when flagged or reported.

Failure to comply may result in suspension, removal, or legal referral.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to: provide accurate booking details, respect boundaries and safety of Zebra +1s, pay in advance, show up on time or cancel within the allowed window, and avoid inappropriate, violent, or illegal behavior.

Disrespectful or abusive conduct may result in suspension or permanent ban.

Refund eligibility is determined based on how far in advance the booking was made and when the cancellation occurs.

A. If your booking was made more than 48 hours in advance:

Cancel more than 48 hours before: 100% refund.
Cancel between 48 and 24 hours before: 50% refund.
Cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund.

B. If your booking was made less than 48 hours in advance:

Cancel more than 24 hours before: 100% refund.
Cancel between 24 and 12 hours before: 50% refund.
Cancel less than 12 hours before: no refund.

C. For same-day bookings:

If the event is more than 2 hours away, cancelling within 30 minutes after booking: 100% refund.
If the event is less than 2 hours away, cancelling within 15 minutes after booking: 100% refund.
After these grace periods: no refund.

If the event is more than 2 hours away, cancelling within 30 minutes after booking: 100% refund.
If the event is less than 2 hours away, cancelling within 15 minutes after booking: 100% refund.
After these grace periods: no refund.

D. No Show Policy

• If the Zebra +1 fails to show up, the client receives a refund.
• If the client fails to show up, the Zebra +1 is paid in full.
• Repeat no-shows or abuse results in ban after 5 occurrences with no valid justification.

D. For no-shows:

• If the Zebra +1 fails to show up, the client receives a refund.
• If the client fails to show up, the Zebra +1 is paid in full.
• Repeat no-shows or abuse results in ban after 3 occurrences with no valid justification.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited: sexual, violent, discriminatory, or threatening behavior; attempts to bypass the app for bookings or payments; harassment, stalking, or coercion; false identity/verification; and use of Zebra for dating, escort, or illegal purposes.

All violations are investigated and may lead to removal or legal action.

8. User Content and Communication

You may communicate prior to booking through in-app messaging. All messages must be respectful and follow these Terms. Zebra may monitor flagged interactions for compliance and security.

Zebra does not claim ownership over user content but may use anonymized data for operational improvement.

9. Privacy

Zebra collects and processes personal information according to the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zebra LLC is not responsible for any conduct, interactions, or consequences outside the Platform or during in-person meetings. Zebra is not a party to bookings between clients and Zebra +1s and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from user behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zebra disclaims all warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or users.

You may delete your account at any time. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Platform after modifications indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes are resolved in the appropriate courts located in Delaware.
